Hygiene & Seal Integrity
Due to the active pharmacological nature of our serums, we maintain strict hygiene and safety protocols. To ensure the absolute purity of our formulations for every customer, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any products where the tamper-evident seal has been breached, or the dropper has been removed from the vial.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
Our fulfillment infrastructure processes orders rapidly. If you need to modify your formulation selection, update your delivery address, or cancel your order entirely, you must initiate the request within 12 hours of order placement. Once an order has been handed over to our dispatch partners, it cannot be intercepted or cancelled.
Adverse Reactions (Pharmacovigilance)
L A A ⅃ formulations are engineered utilizing clinically proven active percentages to maximize efficacy while minimizing irritation. However, individual skin chemistry and barrier health vary significantly.
If you experience a severe, documented reaction that extends beyond standard active acclimatization (such as mild tingling from low-pH formulations):
- Immediately cease use of the serum.
- Contact our clinical team at support@laalcosmetics.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number, a clear photograph of the reaction, and a brief list of the other products currently in your regimen. Our team will conduct an individual case assessment to determine if a specialized refund or store credit protocol is warranted.
Refund Mechanics
For approved returns or cancellations of prepaid orders, refunds will be routed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. For approved refunds on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our financial team will coordinate a direct bank transfer (IBAN) to the customer’s verified account.
Return Dispatch
If a return is authorized by our support team, the customer is responsible for safely packaging the glass vials to prevent transit damage. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a laboratory fulfillment error (e.g., receiving the incorrect formulation).
